Lake Dumbleyung

Lake Dumbleyung is the town's most famous attraction. It is a large freshwater lake that covers an area of over 52 square kilometers. The lake is popular for swimming, boating, fishing and watersports. In fact, it is renowned for being the location where Donald Campbell broke the world water speed record in 1964.

Dumbleyung Heritage Trail

The Dumbleyung Heritage Trail is a 20km self-driving trail that takes visitors on a journey through the town's rich history. It features 15 different sites that showcase the town's cultural and architectural heritage, including the 1909 Dumbleyung Hotel, the Dumbleyung Telegraph Station and the Dumbleyung School.

Dumbleyung Markets

Every first Sunday of the month, the Dumbleyung Markets takes place in the town's main square. This is where you can find local produce, homemade crafts, and other goods. It's a great place to meet locals and enjoy a leisurely Sunday morning.
